En rigtig spændende og nørdet bog om kropsholdning og måden vi bruger kroppen på. Selv om jeg ikke har en sundhedsfaglig baggrund bliv min nysgerrighed stimuleret og jeg vil købe bogen for at kunne lave øvelserne og få en stærkere krop på en mere naturlig måde.
