Burnout, depression, anxiety and psychological distress are impairing joy and the quality of life for millions of people around the world. With this book, we, Fredrik Bengtsson, Existential Psychologist based in Sweden and Bibiana Badenes, Physiotherapist and Somatic coach from Spain, share our personal and professional journey, philosophy and clinical experience in working together with a holistic treatment program for the past 20 years.

Our program Lifeplanning has empowered thousands of people to live a sustainable and fulfilling life after suffering from burnout, depression and anxiety for many years. Our aim is to inspire you as a professional and/or as a human being to understand psychosomatic distress in relation to the evolution of the surrounding society and to give you hope that there is way to get help and to be well!

Instead of learning how to cope with everyday stress, we offer another perspective inviting you to understand the underlying message of your symptoms and your suffering as a way to heal and to find a way to live sustainably over time
