If you suffer from insomnia, then you have come to the right place

Difficulty sleeping can be caused by a number of psychological and medical disorders, including anxiety, stress and trauma, and most people will suffer from some degree of insomnia at some point in their lives.

If you are suffering long-term with difficulty sleeping, then this Meditation will assist you in replacing any existing sleeping habits with positive ones that allow you to sleep easily and deeply…

If you simply want to experience a quality night’s sleep, then the following Guided Meditation will gently guide you into a deep sleep.

In a few moments, the meditation will begin.

First, there are a few things that we must check; - are you sure you are ready to actually go to sleep? - Are you feeling suitably tired? - Is there anything you need to do beforehand? - If there is or you have something on your mind, then please go ahead and see to it and then return to the recording.

If you are now ready and feeling comfortable we will begin
