If you simply want to experience a quality night’s sleep, then the following Guided Meditation will gently guide you into a deep sleep.

In a few moments, the meditation will begin.

First, there are a few things that we must check; - are you sure you are ready to actually go to sleep? - Are you feeling suitably tired? - Is there anything you need to do beforehand? - If there is or you have something on your mind, then please go ahead and see to it and then return to the recording.
