James and Timmy had the pleasure of speaking with Shane Carthy a well known Dublin Gaelic Footballer and also a public speaker and advocate for mental health awareness.

He is also the author of the book 'Dark Blue', Carthy recounts his struggles with mental health, from confiding to then-under-21 boss Dessie Farrell, to considering suicide, to being admitted to St. Patrick's Mental Hospital, and beyond.
