On this episode we're joined by Cavan woman Kate Sexton who talks about the tragic moment her life changed forever when her husband, Simon, was suddenly killed at work whilst working as a paramedic.

Twelve years on since Simon's death, Kate has established a group called 'The Gathering' which aims to offer a safe space for people in grief to share their experiences and feelings without judgement.
