#120: Stephen Campolo on Binge Eating, the Psychology of Fat Loss, and Weight Loss Injections

Stephen Campolo (@stephencampolo) is an author and online fitness coach specializing in fat loss. He lost over 100lbs himself, and has since been coaching others to do the same.

Stephen is a good friend of mine and he’s an incredible source of knowledge, insight and experience when it comes to fat loss. We got really in the weeds discussing the psychology of fat loss, which is arguably the most important thing. Everyone knows more or less what they should do, but why do we struggle to actually do it?

Stephen was also very open with his struggles with binge eating which I think a lot of people can relate to and learn from. We also spoke about the weight loss injections (Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjaro) that are making headlines everywhere. We got into what they are, some experiences with them, who they might be best for and a lot more. It’s worth noting here, neither of us are doctors, so please discuss any medical interventions with a qualified doctor whom you trust.
