Now, North Carolina's Democrat Governor is weighing in on federal immigration activities in Charlotte. Correspondent Ed Donahue reports the Latino population in the Tar Heel State’s largest city is on edge, but DHS is saying that all of those arrested have either criminal records, are in the country illegally, or both.
