Judge Halts Abrego Garcia Deportation
Kilmar Abrego Garcia was taken into ICE custody following an immigration check-in in Baltimore, and brought to a detention center in Virginia, but any plans for the government to deport the alleged gang member to the African nation of Uganda is on hold for now, after a judge Monday evening paused the deportation plan.
