Military Top Ranks Dismissals Questions are being raised by Democrats over the dismissal of the nation's top military officer, which comes after the firings of the Coast Guard’s Commandant as well as the top admiral in the United States Navy. Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports that the Department of Government Efficiency, known as DOGE, is planning on job cuts for a number of federal military workers. Shootout Inside Pennsylvania Hospital A Pennsylvania community is mourning the loss of a police officer, killed during a shooting inside a hospital by a lone gunman who was holding staff members hostage.
