A Federal Reserve governor says she will sue to prevent her removal by President Trump, and the Fed has also responded saying they would abide by any court decision on whether the Executive Branch has the legal authority. Correspondent Jennifer King reports the firing of Lisa Cook by Donald Trump could test the limits of presidential power, and could be decided by the Supreme Court.

Phoenix Dust Storm

Daytime turned to night and visibility on highways cut to zero as a powerful dust storm rolled through the most densely populated part of Arizona. As correspondent Mike Hempen reports, the storm was powerful enough to cut power to thousands, and even ripped part of the roof off of the international airport in Phoenix.
