Chicago Says No To National Guard

The Trump administration says they are still considering deploying national guard troops to the city of Chicago as part of their plan to combat crime in the city, but Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker and Chicago officials are saying "no way." John Stolnis has more from Washington.
