    Diversity Intelligence: How to Create a Culture of Inclusion for your Business is a handbook for leaders who want to lead cultural change and embrace diversity.The author unfolds many examples on diversity; however, she emphasizes how important it is that diversity does not stand alone, and that inclusion is the intelligent tool for change to be able to succeed. I highly recommend this book to those who want to deeper their understanding on the significant subject of diversity, but mostly for those who are planning to lead this strategy in their organisation. As a leader and work environment representative at a small organisation, I was inspired to rethink how we (my colleagues and I) see diversity, and how can we work with it using the handbook, to become more professional, and benefit from change. 🤩
