This breakthrough programme is for those who are stuck and know that they need to better understand themselves, to build up their strengths and set achievable goals that will really work for them. Be Remarkable is about the action you need to take to get your life working as it should. It is based on the Organising Idea of Human Givens. Auditing your essential needs, building your resources, setting goals and rehearsing the change you need. There are five audios in the Be Remarkable programme: AN1 Introduction (4 mins) AN1 summarises the Human Givens organising idea and what is coming next. AN2 Auditing Needs (17 mins) AN2 sets out how you can audit your life now – to understand the extent to which your essential emotional needs are being met. AN3 Building Resources (37 mins) AN3 is an extended audio which allows you to identity your strengths and resources and then to amplify them and bank them for future use. AN4 Attention and Tips (22 mins) AN4 has a different tone to the others – putting into context and sharp relief the deficiencies of the standard depression help available, and considering my own experiences. AN5 Goals and Rehearsal (19 mins) AN5 is a trance visualisation – so you can set goals, activate your resources and visualise the changes you need for a better life balance. Email access to Andrew Richardson I want to hear how you have got on with Be Remarkable and be available for you with advice, mentoring and if needed personalised one on one help – so you can truly recover and find the optimism and energy that is your birthright.
