We will learn:
The myths about self-love
How to make sure you’re improving yourself from a place of love and not fear or comparison
How to heal your past with imagery rescripting
The most intimate relationship we have in life is with ourselves. What’s your relationship with yourself like? Is it healthy? How well do you know yourself? And I mean that deep core part of you, not just what everyone sees on the surface. What I’ve come to learn is that true self love is loving all aspects of yourself. That doesn’t mean you don’t have a desire to improve. But it means that desire is coming from a place of wholeness. The problem is, most of us have so much negative self-talk or destructive habits and beliefs that drive our behavior, that getting to a place of deep self-love seems out of reach. That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Sarah Pendrick, founder of the life-changing GirlTalk Network, GirlTalk Foundation, and Girltalk Festival. Sarah has dedicated her life to supporting people in living bravely as their true selves and teaching them to believe in their gifts so that they can live their life full of abundance, love, and complete knowing of their worthiness.
