Healing the Past is an 8-week guided meditation program to help heal the hurts and traumas of the past, dissolve toxic bonds and harmful emotional attachments, and reconnect with your true, authentic, abundant, confident, limitless self, in order to step into a vibrant present full of possibilities and live an empowered life. Enlightened spiritual masters of all times have talked about being fully present in the moment as a way to let go of the past. While being in a state of continuous aware presence is a beautiful and powerful idea, for many of us it is not easy to surrender to the present moment when overpowered by painful emotions originating from a challenging, hurtful past. The aim of this program is to help you on your healing journey by gently addressing and healing the root cause of your suffering related to the past.
