Jim Hallinan (@jimmynutrition) is a nutrition and transformation coach, and co-host of The Other Side Lifestyle Podcast. He’s also a father, a teacher, and one of the deepest thinkers I know.
For various reasons Jim has been off his fitness game for a while. In this episode, we center the conversation around how he’s building back up. Life happens, we’re all going to get off track at some point in some way… and it’s ok.
Jim discusses how all the previous work he did helped him not slip too far. And goes into detail on the steps he’s taking to take back control of his health and fitness. It gets deep into our psychology, and why we make the decisions that we do (good and bad).
Jim is someone you need to know, and I’m positive this episode will bring you a ton of amazing insights. Listen closely, and share it with whoever needs it.
