Paul Buono (@paulbuono) is a fitness & nutrition coach and former CrossFit Games competitor. From his experience at the highest level of fitness, to a near-death experience and autoimmune diagnosis, he coaches people to work WITH their body to transform their health and life in and outside of the gym.
Life gets crazy for everyone at various times for all sorts of reasons and to varying degrees. It’s all valid, but it doesn’t mean we just completely drop the ball on our health and fitness every time. Paul is a great example of someone who has navigated some significant health challenges and had to find a way back to being fit and healthy and being able to enjoy life.
We discuss Paul’s journey and how he navigates chaotic times. He gives many practical tips on how to set some standards for yourself to follow even as bare minimums, but at the same time, why you shouldn’t accept the bare minimum all the time.
