Season Three, "Dictation," is a political thriller set in 1950s Chicago told exclusively through dictated letters and notes from a bureaucrat to his secretary. Michael Witten is committed to the building of a New Society, after the global destruction caused by the Great Reckoning. But a political rival with a suspicious past reappears in Europe. Alliances are delicate and intricate, and Michael doesn’t know whom he can trust.
