College Student Abducted After Leaving Work… The Murder Of Reagan Tokes

Reagan Tokes was a 21-year-old college student about to graduate when she was abducted and killed one night. She was leaving her job and heading home, when she was spotted by Brian Golsby–a violent sexual offender who was at the time on parole and wearing an ankle monitor. This monitor should have prevented him from leaving the area he was confined to, but no one was watching him. He had been freely roaming the streets, violating his probation, and committing robberies freely.
