Campers, normally I would use this time to philosophize about the case we’re about to cover. But this week, all I can think to tell you is, sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. And sometimes the fiction in question is a Lifetime movie. This case…is a Lifetime movie. Not literally, although I wouldn’t put it past them to turn this story into a movie sometime. I just mean that in all my years of true crime obsession, I have never come across a case that seems more like a made for TV movie. Just when you think it can’t get weirder, it gets fifty-seven times weirder. So I strongly suggest you keep both hands inside the podcast until this episode comes to a complete stop, and buckle UP.
