In this special edition of the podcast, I collaborated with my friend, John Martirosyan (@jmartfit) and we recorded an episode via his podcast, The State of Health and decided to post it to both feeds.
In this episode John and I each went through our personal fitness goals for the year, how we're approaching them, why we have those goals, and bounced some ideas off of each other.
The goal of this episode is twofold:
1) Publicly share our goals, for accountability.
2) Give insight into how we are each approaching very different goals, and hopefully offer some tactics and strategies that you can also use for your own goals.
