Do you ever have those days in the gym where you “just don’t have it”? Wouldn’t it be great to have less of those? That’s what I covered in this episode.

Of course, you cannot control every variable and even if you optimize everything you will still have bad days. But these should be few and far between. There are some straightforward things you can and should be doing to make it so.

Better workouts more often will mean better results in a shorter amount of time. I can’t think of a single person who wouldn’t want that…

None of these tips are magic, and they do require at least some effort on your part. But I promise they will help, IF you use them.
