He used to sweat thinking about difficult talks with people he cared about, overanalyzing every word, dreading the discomfort so intensely that he'd just... not do it. But here's what he discovered: that avoidance wasn't protecting anyone. It was creating constant stress in his body, this low-grade anxiety that never went away. He was abandoning himself every time he chose comfort over truth. And the longer he waited, the louder that internal scream became, slowly eroding his self-trust and self-belief.
