This week, Kevin takes on a deceptively simple subject – boredom. Why do some people feel trapped by it, while others barely experience it at all? And is boredom really the enemy, or could it be the hidden spark behind creative breakthroughs?

To really understand all this, we dive into a few studies that actually link boredom to lack of success, and we figure out how working toward something, whether it’s a book, a project, or just daily progress, can flip the script.

After that, Kevin exposes us to the frightening power of “shower thoughts,” the perilous dangers of digital distraction, and how negative thinking can LITERALLY DAMAGE YOUR BRAIN.
