He just confirmed his ‘G.O.A.T.’ status at the Tokyo Olympics where he picked up his second Olympic gold medal for the marathon; he is also the marathon world record holder and he is the only person to have ever run a sub-2 hour marathon...it is the one and only Eliud Kipchoge. 
Jenni and Eliud discuss making the history books, marathon training, his reason to run and they chat about his favourite marathon. Eliud also gives some key tips for all runners. This is an episode you don’t want to miss.

The Montane Spine Races feature three extraordinary challenges. The original Winter Spine is a grueling 268-mile ultramarathon across the UK, drawing hundreds of participants, including elite athletes like Jasmin Paris. The Summer Spine follows the same punishing route but takes place in June, offering a unique test of endurance under warmer conditions and extended daylight. She discusses her rather eventful first marathon, running adventures in the Sahara and what it's like to race a horse! There are plenty of marathon tips as well as a fun debate between Jenni and Sophie about losing friends to get a PB.
