A Federal grand jury has returned an indictment against Former FBI Director James Comey over an instagram photo showing a seashell formation on the beach. Last May, Comey posted a picture with shells forming the numbers “8647” which the DOJ says amounts to an expression to do harm to President Trump, the 47th President of the U.S. Comey says he is innocent and legal experts say the charges the DOJ is pursing are “unlikely to be successful” in court.

Former FBI Director Indicted For Making A Threat Against The President (With Seashells)

An unthinkable story unfolding in the Northeast this week. According to police, 49-year-old Jeanette MacAusland admitted to strangling her 6 and 7 year old children. MacAusland reportedly tried and failed to kill herself afterwards, instead she drove 3 hours to a relative’s home, where police say she confessed to the crime. MacAusland is in the middle of a divorce and custody battle, but nothing about the situation pointed to this violet ending. In fact, MacAusland is described by friends and neighbors as a loving mother who they never believed could be capable of such a horrific crime.

Massachusetts Mom Charged With The Double Murder Of Her Two Young Children

The Trump administration is reportedly planning to review ABC owned stations broadcast licenses, even though they’re years away from being up for renewal. It’s widely believed this is in direct retaliation for Jimmy Kimmel’s late night joke saying Melania Trump was glowing like an “expectant widow.” White House spokesman Steven Cheung went so far as to post on X that Kimmel is a “sh*t human being” who should be shunned for the rest of his life.

Top DOJ officials just wrapped a news conference following the arraignment of alleged shooter, 31-year-old Cole Tomas Allen. Allen is charged with the attempted assassination of President Trump in addition to firearms charges, including discharging a firearm during a crime of violence. The First Lady called Jimmy Kimmel a “coward” on X after what she calls his hateful and violent rhetoric. Kimmel made a joke before the White House Correspondents’ dinner where he said Melania was beautiful, like “an expectant widow.” The first lady called on ABC to take a stand and to stop protecting the late night comedian. As of this recording, there is no official response from the Disney owned network, as calls to boycott ABC grow louder on social media.

We (Barely) finished the NYC Half Marathon, and there were points, especially at the beginning, when we didn't think we would. This year's race is officially our slowest on record, but making it over the finish line together felt like the biggest victory yet, given the injury T.J. continues to nurse. Another race has meant even more lessons learned about pushing through pain and recognizing that we're all stronger than we think.
