Later this afternoon, we are also expecting the biggest bombshell of this trial: Brendan Banfield will testify in his own defense.

Also coming out in court today, it may have been Brendan Banfield’s 4 year old daughter who led investigators to their theory.

The defense began its case on Wednesday with a much anticipated digital forensics officer who was reassigned from the case. As the defense tries to poke holes in the prosecution’s narrative, the state has been extremely effective in knocking down any suggestion that Banfield wasn’t the mastermind behind the double murder.

It was an emotional 2 weeks of testimony, many victims’ families traveling hundreds of miles, looking for justice after officers waited 77 minutes to confront the gunman who killed 19 students and 2 teachers at Robb Elementary School nearly 4 years ago. Officer Gonzales arrived before the gunman entered the school and waited for backup as hundreds of shots rang out inside the school.

Developing Overnight: Uvalde Verdict In ... NOT GUILTY

President Trump spent more than an hour on the international stage in Davos at the World Economic Forum to brag about American strength and throw shade at “stupid” “weak” European countries.
