The two testified Brendan’s wife Christine had control of her devices, making it impossible for Brendan or the au pair to have created the online fetish profile that led to the murders. Later this afternoon, we are also expecting the biggest bombshell of this trial: Brendan Banfield will testify in his own defense.

Banfield is charged with murdering his wife, and a stranger they say he catfished to his home to frame for her murder, along side his au pair and mistress. Also coming out in court today, it may have been Brendan Banfield’s 4 year old daughter who led investigators to their theory.

The defense began its case on Wednesday with a much anticipated digital forensics officer who was reassigned from the case. As the defense tries to poke holes in the prosecution’s narrative, the state has been extremely effective in knocking down any suggestion that Banfield wasn’t the mastermind behind the double murder.

It was an emotional 2 weeks of testimony, many victims’ families traveling hundreds of miles, looking for justice after officers waited 77 minutes to confront the gunman who killed 19 students and 2 teachers at Robb Elementary School nearly 4 years ago. Officer Gonzales arrived before the gunman entered the school and waited for backup as hundreds of shots rang out inside the school.

Developing Overnight: Uvalde Verdict In ... NOT GUILTY

“Yes, that’s what the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and President Trump want to know. The E.E.O.C chair took to social media to ask that very question, saying the commission - which was formed under the Civil Rights Act - wants to eliminate all forms of race discrimination, including against white male applicants and employees. President Trump went even further, telling the New York Times the Civil Rights Act resulted in the discrimination of white men.
