A New Form of Human Trafficking Is Happening in Nightclubs | Jayden Posen | Have A Seat

Michael Rhodes did seventeen years in the Louisiana prison system for
dealing meth. Hard labor, hard time, the kind that's supposed to take. A year out and working a forklift, he spent two days sending explicit messages to someone who told him she was fifteen - then drove up to a sting house on the river in Livingston Parish in shorts and a tank top for the date. The decoy who let him in works at the parish jail by day. She had him talking about his own record before Chris ever came through the door. Rhodes says he was just talking. In this part of the country, that's a felony. There's a condom in his wallet, a machete in his car, and a fifteen-year-old daughter at home - the same age as the girl he showed up to see. Asked what should happen to him, he finally says something true. Last week
he pleaded guilty. Seven years. This time he doesn't go back as a drug dealer.

The Double Life of Ivan Walters

Brian Joshua Lindsey is a suspected predator involved in the Fortson, Georgia investigation. Brian Lindsey, a 24-year-old former aircraft mechanic for the Air Force, began an internet conversation with a girl he thought was fifteen-years-old and named "Natasha." He told the decoy he was searching for a hookup after only a few minutes of conversation. After talking for a few days about his life and background, Brian all of a sudden says he "can't control his horny level" and continues to discuss the sex activities he wants to have with the girl. Brian travels two and a half hours to reach the sting house. Del Harvey, who is pretending to be the teenage girl, offers Brian some sweet tea when he gets to the house, but Brian declines, saying he drank something on the drive. Then Chris Hansen comes in and tells Brian to “have a seat.”
