"But now you will be speechless and unable to talk until the day these things take place..." - Luke 1:20

Faith grows in silence. Too often we listen to all the fears and excuses and justifications that arise in our minds, and we allow them to interfere with God's plan. Human words can get in the way of the divine word. We need to listen more and speak less. By fostering an interior silence, we allow the word of God to penetrate our barren hearts and make them fruitful.
