Between January 1996 and March 1997, five women went missing in and around the city of Mons in Belgium. Their disappearances weren’t linked until gruesome discoveries were made across the city. Fifteen trash bags containing thirty-eight body parts were found at strategic dump sites seemingly designed to taunt authorities and spark fear in the public.
