S8 Ep8: S8E08 - "Behind Closed Doors" - Horror Hill

Well hello there, listeners, and welcome back to Horror Hill. I’m your host, Erik Peabody, and we’ve got a nice and creepy one for you tonight.

This story comes to us from James Vodrey, and takes place in the United Kingdom. There are a lot of similarities between the UK and the USA, one of which is that police officers are sent to a wide range of situations. Some of them, like in-progress robberies, are obviously high-risk, and officers respond to them with a fresh dose of adrenaline already in their systems. Others, like checking in a family member that hasn’t been heard from in a while, can seem like humdrum busy work. That being said, they really never know exactly what they’re going to roll up on.

One other thing to mention is that the majority of police in the United Kingdom don’t carry guns. I’d also like to extend thanks to Olivia Steele, who will be guesting in this story is the voice of Kim.
