Healing with Family Constellation Therapy with Karie Gonia

This episode is a grounding reminder that feeling “off” isn’t all in your head, and you don’t have to settle for being dismissed, confused, or afraid. Dr. Taz Bhatia talks about the epidemic of low-grade “micro inflammation,” how it can show up as everything from fatigue and rashes to mood issues and hormone shifts, and why waiting for the classic markers (like CRP, homocysteine, ESR) can mean you’re already at a “five alarm fire.” 
 
What really sticks is her take on holistic care: it’s not “all herbs” or being “100% natural,” it’s “looking at you as a whole person and then using whatever tool is on hand,” including labs, supplements, medication, or procedures when needed.
