After twenty-four years of football and eight seasons with the NFL, Ryan Mundy retired. He could no longer play the game that consumed his life, that filled his entire ecosystem, so much so when he stopped playing, Mundy had to ask himself who he was without it. Who is Ryan Mundy?

After taking stock in his life, Mundy had two paths ahead of him; a career path and a personal path which led him to seek therapy. It was a challenge to find a therapeutic alliance. This experience inspired him to review the resources available to take agency over our health.
