Imagine waking up from surgery to your nurse in bed caressing you, kissing you. For the patients of nurse Jane Toppan dubbed ‘Jolly Jane’ they didn’t have to imagine, this was their reality. Jane claimed to be responsible for more than 31 murders, though they haven’t all been confirmed, she had quite the ‘career’ as one of America’s earliest serial killers.
