Menendez Brothers Lose Bid for New Trial | Crime Alert 6AM 09.26.25

D4vd was living in a home leased by his manager, Josh Marshal, but since police served a search warrant looking for blood at the residence, the singer has decided not to live in the $20,000-a-month home.
 
The home was leased from the owner, Mladen Trifunovic, who says Marshal signed the lease in February and he didn't know D4vd was living in the house. Regardless, after the raid on the home, Trifunovic says they didn't want to live there anymore and are breaking the lease.
 
Trifunovic says he doesn't know what was found or what kind of tests were conducted in the house.
 
Now, police are scouring the area around the home where the Tesla with the dismembered and decomposing body in the frunk was parked before being towed, and they are looking for video.
 
The rental home has security cameras positioned at all entry points, in the backyard, and on the street so people can't go in or out of the house without being recorded. 
 
Even as police investigate, photos are circulating alleging Celeste was with D4vd at his concert in Silver Springs, Maryland, on August 24.
 
If true, these photos create a timeline from August 24 until her dismembered, decomposing body is found in D4vd's Tesla in an impound lot on September 8, one day after her 15th birthday.
 
It is reported the Tesla was parked on the street for a month before it was reported abandoned on September 3rd and towed to the impound lot on September 5.
 
The footage shows a person looking very much like Celeste Rivas on the balcony to the side and back of the stage. This is an area usually reserved for backstage pass access only.
 
Her hair is the same style as Celeste's, and she is wearing a black tube top and ripped blue jeans. Even though police haven't given out much information about the body found in the Tesla, they have said she was wearing a black tube top and ripped jeans.

Doomsday Killer Chad Daybell Claims His Case Was a Con Job| Crime Alert 6AM 09.25.2025

Sean Combs wants out of jail.
 
His attorney suggested the judge release the convicted rapper on time served. Combs will be sentenced next week. Combs’ attorneys argue that the government’s case relied on extremely “inflammatory” evidence to obtain the convictions on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution that would not have been admitted to court had Combs only been prosecuted under the Mann Act.
 
Prosecutors disagree that the issue warrants Combs a new trial, claiming there are no legal grounds for the judge to overturn the convictions, and Combs should be sentenced on October 3rd.
 
Should attorneys fail to convince Judge Subramanian he should be acquitted or granted a new trial, Sean Combs will face sentencing on October 3.
 
Combs could potentially be jailed for more than 20 years if the court adds aggravating factors suggested by the government.
 
Prosecutors initially said they would suggest 4-5 years imprisonment, but later indicated they would be seeking a substantially longer sentence. Meanwhile, Combs’ attorneys argue he should receive no more than 14 months, amounting essentially to just time served.
 
Diddy’s defense sentencing packet describes several reasons the music mogul deserves a light sentence. Diddy claims 6–12 months per count accurately reflects the severity of the crimes, and he’s already spent 13 months in deplorable conditions at the MDC.
 
Diddy cites his incident-free stay, newfound sobriety, and founding an ‘entrepreneurship’ class behind bars as additional reasons for a short sentence.
 
Combs also wants his freedom back as quickly as possible so he can return to supporting his seven children and 84-year-old mother.

Main Suspect in Madeline McCann Disappearance Released From Prison | Crime Alert 6AM 09.24.25

FBI Director Kash Patel has released a statement revealing the FBI is now investigating several 
“Conspiracy theories” about Charlie Kirk’s murder are circulating online.
 
Patel was able to dismiss a theory, but says several others could be credible. They include theories about possible accomplices, the authenticity of the text conversation between Robinson and his roommate, the bullet’s trajectory, and even why Kirk, who normally wears black, was clad in white that day.
 
Online sleuths are also hung up on the bullet's trajectory, since clear video of the shooting is 
still widely available online. Social media users of the younger generations are also questioning the authenticity of Robinson’s text messages to his “surprised” romantic partner.
 
Gen Z influencers say most single 22-year-olds do not speak in full sentences over text and point out several examples of odd grammar from Robinson. They also question why Robinson writes his father was ‘MAGA’ like he’s mentioning it for the first time, and how Robinson’s roommate could have watched him engrave bullets and not ask questions. 
 
Robinson and his roommate, Lance Twiggs, were known recluses, rarely seen leaving their home except for work and school. However, neighbors noticed an unusual amount of traffic on their street in the weeks leading up to the shooting; many of them were marked with out-of-state plates. Robinson’s sickening porn search history surfaces.
 
Robinson earned an award on Steam for frequently playing ‘Furry Shades of Gay,’ a collection of ‘choose-your-own adventure’ sex scenes between humanoid animal characters.

FBI: CHARLIE KIRK CONSPIRACY THEORIES LEGIT? SUSPECT’S 'MALE LOVER' EYED

A nearly 50-year mystery in Oregon has just been solved. DNA technology has finally confirmed the identity of a young woman whose remains were discovered in the state’s mountains back in 1976.
 
Authorities say the remains belong to Marion Vinetta Nagle McWhorter. She was just 21 years old when she disappeared in 1974 after a shopping trip in Tigard, Oregon—a suburb of Portland.
 
Two years after she vanished, skeletal remains were discovered along a creek in the Central Cascades. For decades, investigators could not determine to whom they belonged.

‘Swamp Mountain Jane Doe’ ID’d 49 Years Later | Crime Alert 6AM 09.23.25

Celeste Rivas Hernandez is just 13 when she is reported missing from her family home in Lake Elsinore, 70 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
 
Described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, the child was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray pants, and Hello Kitty sandals. Her mother says she has a boyfriend named "David."
 
Residents in a Hollywood Hills neighborhood grow tired of a damaged and dusty 2023 Tesla Model Y with a Texas license plate parked on the street for a month and report the vehicle abandoned. The car is towed to an impound lot, where days later employees at Hollywood Tow notice a foul odor coming from the car and call police. Responding officers discover a decomposing body in a bag in the frunk of the Tesla. The Tesla is registered in Hempstead, Texas, to David Anthony Burke, better known as the singer/songwriter D4vd. The car was never reported stolen.
 
The severely decomposed, partially dismembered remains found in the Tesla are identified as Celeste Rivas, 15, but 13 at the time she went missing, more than a year ago, in Lake Elsinore, California. She was identified through forensics, and a cause of death has not been determined.
 
A search warrant is executed on the house singer D4vd was living in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood, near where the Tesla containing Celeste's remains was abandoned. Investigators carry a computer and bags of evidence out of the home, and when the garage door is open, police are seen searching another Tesla vehicle inside the garage.

MISSING CELESTE, 13, DECOMPOSES IN STAR'S TESLA TRUNK, WHINES BC TOUR CANCELS

A preliminary hearing to determine if Tyler McCain will go on trial for the murder of his wife, Nikki Cheng Saelee McCain, has brought many witnesses to the stand, from family and friends to law enforcement and forensic experts.
 
Judge Thomas Bender will determine if there is sufficient evidence for Tyler McCain to be tried for the murder of his wife. As of today, Nikki is still missing and presumed dead. 
 
Redding Police detective Jeremiah Kessinger said Nikki's sister Chloe Saelee texted with Nikki regularly, and there was always a response until May 19th. Family members talked with Nikki on May 18, but on May 19, she never answered a text from Chloe.
 
Nikki told Chloe about domestic violence in the relationship and McCain going so far as to point a gun directly at Nikki and threatening to kill her and her family members. 
 
Detective Maul played an audio recording in court of Nikki McCain describing being assaulted by her husband, Tyler McCain. The recording was done in a hospital emergency room, where Nikki showed up to give the police a statement.
 
Nikki says, "He pushed me on the ground. And he started hitting me. He was just enraged; he was so angry."
 
Nikki estimates the attack lasted three hours. 
 
If the case against him moves forward, it will be the first "no body" murder trial in Shasta County history. Tyler McCain has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
