More than 60,000 Americans died from coronavirus in April, but President Trump is fully focused on May - and his push to reopen the country as soon as possible.

But that reopening is a 50-state experiment, with mixed signals from the federal government - as the case count continues to climb around the country.

And Joe Biden "unequivocally" denies a sexual assault allegation by a former staffer, as Democrats grapple with how to balance their support for him with their advocacy for the "Me Too" movement.
