Mountain Tragedy: The Hillcrest Mine Disaster

Charles Tomkins grew up speaking Cree and English. That bilingual skill would aid him in his life when he helped translate Allied secret messages to and from Cree. Sworn to a secret oath, he kept that secret for half a century.
