A Monumental Change: When Canada Went Metric

On Aug. 4, 1701, 39 Indigenous Nations signed a treaty with New France in Montreal to end a century of conflict called The Beaver Wars. From that day, the treaty would have a long impact on our history, all the way to today. Today, I look at the Great Peace of Montreal.
