Hur säkrar man arbetskraftsförsörjningen om det inte finns bostäder? I norra Sverige brottas man med att få till en hållbar bostadsutveckling för att möta tillväxtmålen. Det behövs ett bostadsbyggande som möter både det kortsiktiga behovet såväl som det långsiktiga byggandet. Den centrala frågan blir hur man samtidigt får till den sociala miljön, att det som byggs är attraktivt och passar in i omgivningen är ett måste för att människor ska lockas dit.

Byggmaterial, transporter, cirkularitet, affärsmodeller. Det krävs mycket av många, för att en storstad som Malmö att ska ta sin bygg-, anläggnings- och förvaltningssektor till klimatneutralitet. Inom ramen för LFM30, som samlar Malmös näringsliv inom byggsektorn och är Malmös lokala färdplan mot klimatneutralitet, samverkar mer än 200 medlemmar för att målet ska nås. Här berättar representanter från föreningen och staden om nuläget och vägen framåt.

Real estate tax is one of the most significant operating costs of properties. The Finnish real estate tax reform that has been prepared for a decade is now finally entering into the parliamentary decision-making process in Spring 2024. The reform will mean a fundamental change on how the tax base of properties is determined and the amount of taxes finally payable. In this session, a panel of tax experts discuss the contents and timing of the reform and how it will impact different types of properties.
