The now former Pueblo County Colorado Coroner, Brian Cotter, has been replaced after an inspection of his Funeral Home found 20 decomposing bodies behind a hidden door. The bodies were supposed to have been cremated. Cotter told inspectors he gave grieving families "fake ashes".
