In this podcast, I explore the importance of creating healthy attachments with our parents, even if it's through our own imagination, and how it can help us heal from childhood wounds.
My 89 yo mother is failing and it's taking everything I have to deal with her. I didn't have a healthy attachment to her growing up, nor did I have a healthy attachment with my father.
Listen in as I share my insights and experiences on reparenting ourselves, repairing family relationships, and rebuilding attachments.
Thank you for listening and you can find me on IG here: @theanxietymd if you have any questions.
P.S I wrote THE book on healing anxiety. It's my life's work so that you don't have to suffer like I did. You can get it by clicking here
