Biden to migrants: “Don’t come” across U.S.-Mexico border right now

Pres. Joe Biden discouraged migrants from coming to the United States telling them “don’t come” and “don’t leave your town or city or community.” The administration is dealing with a surge of unaccompanied migrant children at the border trying to come to the U.S. CNN Senior Political Correspondent Abby Philip joins AC360 to react to Biden’s comments and to discuss his administration’s response.
