Biden administration would welcome Trump’s help in promoting vaccine

The White House said it would welcome former Pres. Trump’s help in promoting the coronavirus vaccine to his supporters. A recent NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll shows 47% of people who supported Trump in the 2020 election said they wouldn’t get the vaccine. Pres. Biden urged “all local docs and ministers and priests to talk about why - why it's important to get in - to get that vaccine, and even after that, until everyone is in fact vaccinated, to wear this mask.” Former CDC Director Tom Frieden joins AC360 to discuss vaccine hesitancy.
