SEALS Declared Dead Following Boarding Accident Two US Navy Seals who went missing during a mission off the coast of Somalia on January 11 have been declared dead. US Central Command said the Seals were lost in rough seas during a mission to board a vessel in search of Iranian illicit weapons destined for the Houthis in Yemen.
