I had a long review written out, but after the 2nd part of the book I'll stick to this:The first 5 hours of the book are PHENOMENAL. I loved every second of the mystery unveiling that we experienced alongside the protagonists, as it was thrilling and exciting, because we knew as little as they did.The 2nd 5 hours part of the book took a nosedive of proportions, right after the confrontation, the second part is spent loosely tying up loose ends, but not really, and it's very frustrating. Springtrap is explained horribly. Charlie is explained horribly from an unreliable source. Charlie survives(?), Elizabeth is dead(?).The only really good ending is Carlton's, as he gets ACTUAL closure, which I actually thought was touching and presented in a meaningful way, although the way of getting there was also very poorly explained and seemed forced. In summation: First half of the book is fantastic. Second half is infuriatingly vague and too dark and edgy to make sense of it.
