Alle bør lytte til denne bog. Skrevet i et sprog alle forstår med en enorm information om kroppen.

Meget lidt nyhedsværdi for den gennemsnitlige oplyste dansker. Ikke videnskabelig men selektiv og subjektiv. Men kan dog bruges til at starte nogle forandringer i ens liv.

Grundtanken er god - at man skal spise sundt, drikke rigeligt med vand og bruge mindre medicin, men det bliver præsenteret som om det er kuren mod alt - Cancer? Spis masser af grøntsager og drik vand. Allergi? Drik masser af vand. Det er faktisk svært at skrive en saglig anmeldelse uden at blive farvet. Der er flere referencer til videnskabelige studier, men flere af dem har alt for lille population til at være statistik signifikant og der gås ikke nok i dybden med metoderne. Alt i alt fremstår bogen som en usaglig holistisk idé, der helt sikkert vil være super populær hos en masse mennesker, men også vil give en falsk ide om, hvordan man helbreder kritiske sygdomme.
