FOREWORD Until one is committed, there will always be hesitancy—and a chance to draw back. This usually results in ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creativity, there is one elemental truth which is the ignorance that kills countless ideas and splendid plans. The moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves, too.
