In this episode, Jay Shetty shares how during his childhood years he was bullied for his weight, school ethic, ethnicity and not fitting in with his peers. Jay mentioned some ways he coped with this bullying, like journaling, listening to music, performing in theater and reaching out to a professional who can help! Jay also shares his experience as a monk and how he took those tools he learned from his practices and channeled it into the workplace to help others succeed.

Chris Bosh on Anxiety & Becoming a Pro-Athlete
